We are learning to sort in many different ways with our friends! We used mutual respect and appreciation when we were working together. After we sorted we got to see how all of our other friends sorted their buttons!

Thank you Mrs. Okamoto for our lesson about how we should listen in school and treat others! We had tons of fun!
Today we got to see and learn how bread is made! It was so much fun and we got to taste it too!! Yummmm....
We have been learning about Living and Non-Living things. We learned that Living Things move, grow, change, and need water, food, air, and shelter. Non-Living Things do not move on their own, do not eat or drink, and do not change.
Today we got to work together to sort all things that were Living and Non-Living. We had tons of fun working, discussing, deciding, sharing, and problem solving with our partner to make our Living and Non-Living thing Poster. On the last day of school we got to meet Santa! He came to our classroom to deliver us a treat!! Candy Canes!! Thank you Santa for taking some time from your busy schedule to visit us!
Let's say Congratulations to our Ho'oKele Elementary CARES Students for Quarter 2! These two students have earned their CARES award by showing how much they care for others, themselves, and our school!
